- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup.
- Stir in the rice vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Using a whisk or fork, blend everything together until smooth.
- Taste your creation and add salt and pepper to your liking.
- Let your Yum Yum Sauce chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thinner sauce, add a splash of water. For heat, add cayenne pepper or hot sauce. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
