  • 1 cup white chocolate chips For the glaze
  • 2-3 bars full-size Kinder Bueno bars, chopped For topping

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg, then add buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Allow donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Glazing
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped Kinder Bueno bars.

Notes

For fluffier donuts, allow the batter to chill for 30 minutes before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or freeze for later.
