Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1.5 cups 1 and 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 0.5 cups 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
  • 16 ounces 16 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for smooth mixing.
  • 1 cups 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cups 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 4 large 4 large eggs Add eggs one at a time.
  • 8 ounces 8 ounces of white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cups 1 cup of fresh strawberries, mashed Plus more for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Let it cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and flour, mixing until well combined.
  4. Mix in melted white chocolate and mashed strawberries.
  5. Add eggs one by one, mixing just until incorporated.
Baking
  1. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for about 50-60 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  2. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for another hour to cool gradually.
Chilling and Garnishing
  1. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least four hours or overnight. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries.

Letting your cheesecake cool in the oven helps prevent cracks. Use quality ingredients for the best flavor. Optionally, swirl in extra strawberry puree before serving.
