Method
The Melting Moment
- Start by melting the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and enjoy the lovely aroma.
Combine the Goodness
- Pour in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans into the melted chocolate and stir until well coated.
Cluster Up!
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster.
Chill and Enjoy
- Pop the tray into the fridge for about 30 minutes until they are firm.
Serve and Share (or Don’t)
- Once set, enjoy the clusters straight away or store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Switch it up with other dried fruits like cherries or raisins. Kids can help drop the clusters on the baking sheet.
