  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt optional, but recommended to enhance flavors

Method
 

The Melting Moment
  1. Start by melting the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or a double boiler, stirring every 30 seconds.
  2. Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract and enjoy the lovely aroma.
Combine the Goodness
  1. Pour in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans into the melted chocolate and stir until well coated.
Cluster Up!
  1. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster.
