Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  2. Combine the dried cranberries and chopped pecans into the melted chocolate. Add any optional festive spices if desired.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop mounds of the mixture, aiming for about two tablespoons each.
  4. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes or until the clusters have hardened.
  5. Once set, enjoy your delicious creations!

Notes

These clusters can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks. Consider using a double boiler if preferred over microwave melting.
