- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and creamy.
- Once melted, stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Forming the Clusters
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and drop it onto the parchment paper.
- Adjust the size of the clusters according to your preference.
Chilling
- Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Notes
These clusters can be made with almonds or walnuts instead of pecans. You can also add mini marshmallows or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before chilling. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
