Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the pears in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a spoon. Place them cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the mixed berries, chopped walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, melted butter, honey, and cinnamon.
Baking
- Spoon the berry mixture generously into the hollows of each pear half.
- Drizzle a bit of honey over the pears and place the baking dish in the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the mixture is bubbling.
- Serve warm, possibly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave for a delicious treat.
