- Gradually pour in the warm water and olive oil. Use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix until a shaggy dough forms.

- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
- Once risen, punch the dough down and divide it into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for another 10-15 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll out each ball into your desired pizza shape and thickness.
- If you prefer a crispy crust, pre-bake your dough at 475°F (245°C) for about 5 minutes (optional).
