Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 large large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked turkey (sliced or shredded)
  • 1 cup Brie cheese (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (the kind from the can works perfectly)
  • 1 unit ripe avocado (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • optional fresh parsley for garnish (if you’re feeling fancy)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering everything you need.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet. On one half, layer turkey, Brie, and cranberry sauce. Add avocado slices if desired.
  3. Carefully fold the other half of the tortilla over the fillings and press down gently.
  4. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melting.
Serving
  1. Transfer to a cutting board, cut into wedges, and sprinkle parsley if desired. Serve with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don’t Overstuff: If you stuff it too much, it might spill during cooking. Use a Non-Stick Skillet: This makes cleanup easier. Try jalapeño cranberry sauce for a twist.
