Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet. On one half, layer turkey, Brie, and cranberry sauce. Add avocado slices if desired.
- Carefully fold the other half of the tortilla over the fillings and press down gently.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melting.
Serving
- Transfer to a cutting board, cut into wedges, and sprinkle parsley if desired. Serve with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
Notes
