Preparation
  1. Gather your tools: Grab a blender.
  2. Add the cranberry juice, banana, pineapple chunks, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding more honey or yogurt, if desired.
  5. Pour into a chilled glass and garnish, if desired.

Notes

Using frozen fruit enhances creaminess and temperature. For a smoothie bowl, reduce liquid and top with granola, nuts, or berries.
