  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
Chocolate Topping Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Create the Nougat Layer
  1. Combine the sugar and corn syrup over medium heat in a large pot until it starts to bubble.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter and mix until smooth and velvety.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the condensed milk and marshmallows.
  4. Pour the nougat mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan and spread it evenly. Let cool completely.
Get Your Chocolate Ready
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  2. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled nougat layer and refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
