Method
Preparation
- Cut the tender steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking the Steak
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbling.
- Add the seasoned steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning to brown on all sides.
Garlic Butter
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining tablespoon of butter and let it melt with the garlic.
Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Combine and Serve
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce.
- Allow to bubble for another minute before serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For optimal flavor, do not rush the sauce. It may look lumpy at first but will come together with stirring. Pair with roasted veggies or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
