Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup to the browned beef and stir to combine. Fold in the frozen mixed vegetables.
Assembly
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or using a layer of cream cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
