  • to taste Fresh lime wedges For serving.
  • optional sesame seeds or chopped green onions For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and brush the honey-soy marinade generously over each piece. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Pop the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Assembly
  1. While the salmon is baking, prepare your bowls by layering the cooked quinoa or rice at the bottom. Add in the steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and avocado slices.
  2. Once the salmon is out of the oven, carefully place it on top of your beautifully arranged veggies. Squeeze fresh lime juice over everything, and sprinkle sesame seeds or green onions if you’re feeling fancy!
Serving
  1. Grab those lime wedges and dig in! Enjoy your Sweet & Spicy Salmon Bowls!

Notes

On a time crunch? Feel free to air-fry the salmon instead! Just about 8-10 minutes at 375°F (190°C) will do the trick. Variations are key: swap quinoa for brown rice, cauliflower rice, or zoodles for a low-carb option. Try adding mango salsa for a fruity twist!
