Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and beat until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, folding gently until smooth.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan and smooth the top.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let cool before slicing into squares or triangles.
