  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Enhances the savory flavors.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese For richness in the sauce.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Adds color and freshness.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients to make the cooking process smoother.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper. Add olive oil to the pan and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes post-cooking.
  2. In the same skillet, add the shrimp once the steak is done. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant, then pour in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serving
  1. Slice the rested steak and plate it next to the shrimp. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce generously over the top and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

Don’t overcook the shrimp. Use a meat thermometer to achieve the perfect steak doneness. Feel free to add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the sauce for a twist.
