Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate the triangles.
- Prepare your filling: for savory, mix cheese, chopped meat, and herbs; for sweet, get chocolate and berries ready.
- Spoon the filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll it up from the wide end and tuck the ends slightly.
- Beat the egg and brush it onto the rolls.
- Arrange the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space between them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
