Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts on a lightly floured surface and press them into a muffin tin.
- Spoon about a tablespoon of strawberry jam into each crust-lined cup.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it over the tops of each cup.
Baking
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Icing
- In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over slightly cooled cups and add sprinkles if desired.
Notes
Customization is key! Feel free to use other fruit jams. These Pop-Tart Cups can be made ahead and frozen.
