  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced Ensure bananas are ripe for sweetness.
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Alternative: use whipped topping for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For additional flavor.
Topping
  • Graham cracker crumbs Optional, for layering.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in sliced strawberries and bananas.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding and fruit mixture until well combined.
  5. In a glass bowl or individual serving cups, layer the pudding mixture and optional graham cracker crumbs. Top with extra strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This pudding can be made a day in advance and stores well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Mix and match fruits based on preference for variety.
