- In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Keep whisking until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries and bananas.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding and fruit mixture until well combined.
- In a glass bowl or individual serving cups, layer the pudding mixture and optional graham cracker crumbs. Top with extra strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
This pudding can be made a day in advance and stores well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Mix and match fruits based on preference for variety.
