Preparation

  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up, and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are nicely coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and sticky.

Notes

For extra tenderness, let the chicken marinate in the sauce for 30 minutes or longer before baking. Don’t skimp on the skin for best results. Serve with coconut rice or pineapple salsa for an extra tropical flair.
