  • 8 oz steak, sliced Use your preferred cut of steak.
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles Linguine or rice noodles are recommended.
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables Mix of bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Adds extra flavor.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Garlic enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan.
  3. In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Then, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook until tender yet crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Return the steak to the pan along with the noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix everything together and heat through.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to swap steak for chicken or tofu. This dish keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
