- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Then, add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and cook until tender yet crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the steak to the pan along with the noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix everything together and heat through.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to swap steak for chicken or tofu. This dish keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
