  • 1 pound pizza dough Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1 cup tomato sauce For spreading on pizza bases.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded For topping the pizzas.
  • 1 cup black olives Optional, for spider bodies.
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices For creating spider legs.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface. Use cookie cutters or cut out circles for the base.
  2. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on top of each pizza base.
  3. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the mini spider pizzas for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  2. Once baked, use strips of pepperoni or cheese to create the spider legs.

Notes

Let the dough rest for a few minutes before baking for a crispier crust. Consider letting kids help with making the spider decorations for additional fun.
