- Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, dried cranberries, and toasted pine nuts until evenly mixed.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into your prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Once done, let it cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.

- Serve the quiche warm, at room temperature, or cold as a snack with a side salad.
Notes
