Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare your crust according to the package instructions or your recipe and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
Assembly and Baking
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pizza crust. Top with fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, and sautéed mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a minute, then slice and serve.
Notes
Feel free to customize with sun-dried tomatoes or olives. Prepare toppings in advance for a quicker meal.
