Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece pre-made pizza crust Store-bought or homemade
Vegetable Toppings
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup canned or frozen artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
Creamy Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Cheese is life!
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream Optional but recommended for creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare your crust according to the package instructions or your recipe and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Sauté the mushrooms in a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil for about 5 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pizza crust. Top with fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, and sautéed mushrooms. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Allow to cool for a minute, then slice and serve.

Notes

Feel free to customize with sun-dried tomatoes or olives. Prepare toppings in advance for a quicker meal.
