Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the top with the cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips (if using).
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until it’s bubbling and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a quicker option, use rotisserie chicken. Customize the casserole by adding leftover vegetables. The casserole may look lumpy when mixed, but that adds to its charm.
