Making the Cornbread

- Fold in the diced jalapeños without overmixing.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (or a cast iron skillet).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Drizzle Preparation
- While the cornbread is baking, mix the honey and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Once the cornbread is baked, let it cool slightly then slice it.
- Drizzle the sweet lime honey over the cornbread before serving.
