- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey or chicken with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and nicely browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Stir until well-blended.
Serving
- Serve the meatballs hot with a scoop of the lemony yogurt sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
Notes
For picky eaters, reduce the cumin and paprika for milder flavors. Pair with couscous or salad for a complete meal. Double the recipe to freeze for later!
