Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Sear the pork chops for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
Cooking the Sauce
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and water to the skillet, stirring until the pork chops are nicely coated.
- Sprinkle in the Rice A Roni, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
- With about 5 minutes left, add the frozen green beans to the skillet.
Serving
- Once everything is cooked through, plate the pork chops, spoon on the creamy rice, and arrange the green beans around.
Notes
If the sauce looks chunky, just give it a good stir. You can substitute the soup for cream of celery or cheddar cheese soup. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days and reheat in the microwave.
