Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to your wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until well distributed.
Baking
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let your cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
