  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add-Ins
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Add more for extra gooey marshmallows.
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, along with the vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to your wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers until well distributed.
Baking
  1. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  3. Let your cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. Feel free to customize with different chocolate types or add-ins like nuts or dried fruit.
