Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the ready-made pie crust into a pie dish.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the mixed vegetables and half of the shredded cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the center is set and golden on top.
- Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before serving.
