Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded cheese, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well-combined.
Wrapping
- Take an egg roll wrapper and lay it flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous tablespoon of the seafood mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it up tightly.
Cooking
- In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil or spray with cooking spray. Once it’s hot, place your nacho sticks seam-side down in the skillet.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove them from the skillet and let them drain on a paper towel.
Serving
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure your oil is hot enough before frying to keep the sticks crispy. For variations, substitute shrimp with other seafood or veggies. A hint of sriracha or fresh herbs can enhance flavor.
