  • 1 spray cooking spray to ensure nothing sticks to the pan
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar for sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract adds flavor
For the Fruit Toppings
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced

  2. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
Decorating
  1. Top with the sliced fruits, arranging them creatively.
  2. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes for best taste.
  3. Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh mint leaves for garnish.
