  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts and sliced chicken sausage onto a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, mixing well to coat.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze.
Cooking
  1. Drizzle the honey mustard glaze over the sausage and sprouts, tossing to coat.
  2. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through until sausage is browned and Brussels sprouts are crispy and tender.

  1. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for added freshness and serve.
