Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic in a splash of olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the mixed seafood and cook until just turning opaque, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes, then stir in half of the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- In a baking dish, combine the seafood mixture with the creamy sauce. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
- For a crunchy crust, turn on the broiler for the last few minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to mix seafood types. For a lighter version, substitute half of the cream with broth. Prepare the seafood mixture ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to bake.
