  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets) Choose a mix that you love.
  • 2 cups heavy cream A rich base for the sauce.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a cheesy crust.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs To create the crispy topping.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Brightens up the dish.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic in a splash of olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the mixed seafood and cook until just turning opaque, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes, then stir in half of the Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the seafood mixture with the creamy sauce. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  2. For a crunchy crust, turn on the broiler for the last few minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to mix seafood types. For a lighter version, substitute half of the cream with broth. Prepare the seafood mixture ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to bake.
