Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it out on a large baking sheet, forming a circle. Leave the centers open for filling.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and thyme. Stir until well mixed.
- Spoon the turkey mixture into the center of the crescent ring.
- Starting from one end of the crescent roll, fold the dough over the filling.
Baking
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and heated through.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
