- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and olive oil until smooth.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Gently fold in the caramelized onions and crispy turkey bacon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan (or mini pans) and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Leftover cake can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven. For added flavor, consider mixing in fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
