  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
  2. Take a flour tortilla and spread a generous layer of the cheesy bacon mixture over the entire surface.
  3. Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla into a tight cylinder.
  4. Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into bite-sized pieces, aiming for about 1-inch thickness.
  5. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley or chives if desired.

Notes

If your tortillas are a bit stiff, microwave them for about 10 seconds before spreading. Feel free to add diced jalapeƱos for a spicy kick or substitute cheddar with pepper jack. You can prepare these in advance and refrigerate for up to a day before serving.
