- Take a flour tortilla and spread a generous layer of the cheesy bacon mixture over the entire surface.
- Starting at one end, carefully roll the tortilla into a tight cylinder.
- Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into bite-sized pieces, aiming for about 1-inch thickness.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
Notes
If your tortillas are a bit stiff, microwave them for about 10 seconds before spreading. Feel free to add diced jalapeƱos for a spicy kick or substitute cheddar with pepper jack. You can prepare these in advance and refrigerate for up to a day before serving.
