- Wash and cut your broccoli into small florets and slice the mushrooms.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender and lightly browned.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until bright green and crisp.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with sesame seeds.
