- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate, leaving the grease in the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped cabbage and stir well to coat in the bacon fat.
- After about 5 minutes of sautéing, add the minced garlic and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then fold in the crispy bacon. Stir thoroughly.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add red pepper flakes for heat or diced onion for sweetness. Leftovers are great the next day, just reheat in the microwave.
