- In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter until well blended.

Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat until you’ve cooked all the batter.
Serving
- Serve warm with a side of sour cream or a drizzle of hot sauce, if desired.
