  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened, for smooth texture.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream For a fluffy texture.
  • 0.5 cup salted caramel sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 pinch sea salt Enhances the salted caramel flavor.
Optional Garnishes
  • Extra caramel sauce For drizzling on top.
  • Crushed Oreos For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until creamy and fluffy.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Layering
  1. Start with a layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish.
  2. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo layer and drizzle with half of the salted caramel sauce, sprinkling a pinch of sea salt.
  3. Repeat with another layer of Oreos, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and top with more caramel.
Chilling
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, or overnight.
Serving
  1. Once chilled, garnish with crushed Oreos and additional caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Don’t worry if your whipped cream isn’t perfect! You can swap the caramel sauce for a chocolate sauce or fruit compote for a twist. Feel free to get creative with layers by adding fruits or nuts.
