Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in the chopped bacon.
Cooking
- Spread the Brussels sprouts mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- When the sprouts are almost ready, sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and serve warm.
Notes
For a hint of sweetness, drizzle balsamic glaze right before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
