Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in the orange juice and add the orange zest. Gently fold in using a spatula.
  3. Carefully fold in the whipped topping until light and airy.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
