- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour in the orange juice and add the orange zest. Gently fold in using a spatula.
- Carefully fold in the whipped topping until light and airy.
- Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Cover the pie with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Once chilled, slice and serve with additional orange slices or a dollop of whipped topping.
