- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Cover the mix and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Take about 1.5 cups of raspberries and blend them until smooth. Strain if preferred.
- Spoon chia pudding into a glass or bowl, layer with pureed raspberries, and top with remaining whole raspberries.
- Cover and chill in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve and enjoy! Optionally sprinkle nuts or a dollop of yogurt on top.

Adjust sweetness to your taste. Add-ins like protein powder or nut butter can enhance the pudding. Topping ideas include granola or coconut flakes.
