- Clean your portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and place them stem-side up on a baking sheet.
- Spoon a generous amount of marinara sauce onto each mushroom cap.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, covering it generously.
- Sprinkle with dried oregano and garlic powder.
- Add your desired toppings to each mushroom cap.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from the oven, cool for a minute, and serve.
