- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it’s bubbling lightly.
- Once the butter is melted, add in the minced garlic and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Let the sauce simmer for an additional minute to meld the flavors.
- Pour the sauce into a small serving bowl and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Keep an eye on the butter to prevent it from burning. This sauce is great on pasta and grilled veggies too! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
