  • 1 cup pineapple preserves

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, pineapple preserves, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add your Little Smokies and cook them until lightly browned for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour the mixed sauce over the sausages and stir well to coat.
  3. Transfer the saucy sausages to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
