Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, pineapple preserves, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add your Little Smokies and cook them until lightly browned for about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the mixed sauce over the sausages and stir well to coat.
- Transfer the saucy sausages to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Serving
- Serve the smoky bites warm and enjoy!
Notes
These bites can be prepared ahead of time. You can also use a slow cooker instead of the oven for easier preparation.
