  • 2 packages 14 oz Little Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh) juice included
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the brown sugar, pineapple chunks (with juice), soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add the Little Smokies, tossing to coat them in the sauce.
Baking
