- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the light corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined.
- Gently add the milk to the mixture and stir until well-combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a bit before serving.
Notes
Don't skip the pecans for added crunch! Can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. Feel free to experiment with other nuts like walnuts or almonds.
