  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter The kind that makes your heart skip a beat.
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats Think of them as the good kind of carbs.
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup For that perfectly sweet touch.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Because chocolate makes everything better.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Optional, for rolling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, oats, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until everything is well blended.
  2. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  3. Scoop out small portions of the mixture, rolling them into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Optionally roll in powdered sugar.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  1. Once chilled, the Peanut Butter Balls are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze them for a quick snack later!
