Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, oats, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until everything is well blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop out small portions of the mixture, rolling them into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Optionally roll in powdered sugar.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Once chilled, the Peanut Butter Balls are ready to enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze them for a quick snack later!
